We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. At this time we do not offer international shipping. Â

Orders are shipped using trusted third-party delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Â

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.Â

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and are shown at checkout. These times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control (such as strikes, severe weather, or peak seasonal demand) do not constitute a breach of this policy.Â
5. Free & Local Delivery
We are pleased to offer free delivery for customers located in East Lothian. All other UK addresses are subject to a flat-rate delivery fee, displayed at checkout.Â
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and responsibility for products passes to you once delivery has been made to the shipping address you provided at checkout.Â
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at hello@beingwellcold.com and we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue. Please notify us of any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.Â
8. Delivery Timeframe Commitment
Under UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot fulfil this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.Â
