Cold water immersion carries inherent risks. By purchasing, owning, or using any product supplied by Being Well Cold Ltd, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and actions.  

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. 

- Cold exposure may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, neurological, or other health conditions. 

- Pregnant women, children, and individuals with compromised health must not use our products. 

- It is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any cold water immersion practice.  

- Our products are intended for adult use only. They must not be used by children under any circumstances. 

- Never use cold water immersion alone. Always ensure another adult is present. 

- Do not use the product under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgement. 

- Users must enter and exit the product carefully to prevent slips, trips, or falls.  

- Place the tub only on a stable, level surface. 

- Ensure surrounding areas are dry and free from hazards. 

- Do not use electrical equipment (including heaters or lighting) in close proximity to the tub.  

By using our products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: 

- You assume all risks associated with cold water immersion, including but not limited to hypothermia, shock, fainting, cardiac arrest, or death. 

- You are solely responsible for assessing your fitness to use the product. 

- Being Well Cold Ltd provides no guarantees regarding specific health or wellbeing outcomes.  

Being Well Cold Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for: 

- Any injury, accident, illness, or death arising from the use or misuse of our products. 

- Any damage to property arising from improper setup, placement, or maintenance.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. 

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Being Well Cold Ltd against any claims, damages, costs, or legal proceedings resulting from your use or misuse of the product.  

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
