1. Your Right to Cancel

You have a statutory right under UK consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. 

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@beingwellcold.com within 14 days of delivery. 

2. Condition of Returned Goods

- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. 

- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of use, damage, or are returned incomplete. 

- This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods. 

3. Return Process

To return a product, please contact us first at hello@beingwellcold.com to obtain return instructions. 

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

- We strongly recommend using a tracked service for all returns.  

4. Refunds

- Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. 

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

6. Exemptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, unless faulty.  

7. Guarantees

In addition to your legal rights, Being Well Cold Ltd may from time to time offer promotional guarantees such as our "Cold Commitment Guarantee". These are separate from and do not affect your statutory rights.
