Who we are

This brand wasn’t built in a boardroom.

It was built in the back garden, in the freezing cold, before dawn, with two kids inside about to wake up.

We’re Damien and Lauren, parents, professionals, and certified Cold Water Therapy Coaches. 

We’ve gone from burnout to resilience, 21 stone to marathon and from overwhelmed to focused, all by choosing hard things on purpose. Cold changed us, and now we help others use it to change themselves.

This isn’t fluff. This is the best habit we’ve ever built. So we built a business around it.

Our mission

Our mission is to make the benefits of deliberate cold exposure, including mental resilience, physical recovery, and metabolic health. Accessible, affordable, and integrated into everyday life.

We believe everyone deserves the ability to reset, rebuild, and reclaim clarity without spa price tags, supplement overload, or influencer nonsense.

Just cold. Done right. And with purpose.

What makes us a story

    We’re Scotlands first cold tub brand delivering transformation to gardens, patios, and driveways across the UK.
    Just cold, accessible to the masses, fast, backed by science, and used daily by us.
  2. We are the most affordable XL tub on the market.
    Most entry tubs? 320L.
    Ours? 440L.
    No upgrades. No two-tier pricing.
    If you’re 6’8”, we’ve got you. If you’re 4’2”, you might need to swim.
  3. We didn’t read a blog and launch a product.
    We got in the cold during burnout, after babies, through PTSD and post-op recovery and it changed how we showed up. For our kids, our work, our lives.
